Conservatory Blinds

We have the solution to every conservatory

Conservatory Blinds

Blinds are a great way to add style and character to your conservatory. Yet, many are not aware that they work great for several other reasons. Adding blinds to your conservatory can:
• Reduce glare
• Provide temperature control
• Improve UV protection

Do Conservatory Blinds Reduce Glare?
Glare can be problem in both the summer and winter months. We advise our customers to install blinds for both the roof and side windows. This is because, in the summer months the sun enters the conservatory through the roof windows – for most of the day. Whereas, in the colder months the sun tends to sit a lot lower and comes through the side windows. Glare can be a problem for many, especially if they use their conservatory as a living room. Glare can disrupt customers from watching the television or even using a tablet or smartphone in their conservatory.

Do Conservatory Blinds Help with Temperature Control?
Conservatory blinds are great at providing temperature control. Many do not realise that temperature can be a big problem for those with a conservatory. It is no secret that the British weather can be very unpredictable. Therefore, can be very hard.  It can be just as hard to keep it warm and cosy in the recent storms and snow. At The Blind Guy we have specifically designed our blinds to help reduce heat and provide insulation in the winter months.
